Ook zijn wij de laatste jaren steeds meer als zelfstandig investeerder betrokken bij vastgoedontwikkelingen, zowel in binnen- als buitenland. Een aantal objecten wordt na realisatie toegevoegd aan de beleggingsportefeuille. Onze vastgoedportefeuille wordt beheerd door onze eigen beheerorganisatie.
