BELEGGINGEN<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\r\n

Naast de eigen beleggingsportefeuille, belegt Slokker Invest in verschillende vastgoedfondsen. Ook zijn wij de laatste jaren steeds meer als zelfstandig investeerder betrokken bij vastgoedontwikkelingen, zowel in binnen- als buitenland. Een aantal objecten wordt na realisatie toegevoegd aan de beleggingsportefeuille. Onze vastgoedportefeuille wordt beheerd door onze eigen beheerorganisatie. INTERNATIONAAL<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\r\n

Ook in het buitenland is Slokker Invest actief als vastgoedinvesteerder. Een deel van deze investeringen heeft als doelstelling projecten te ontwikkelen en aansluitend te verkopen, een ander deel is gericht op de langere termijn.
