Since that time, we have partnered with a number of long-standing professionals and completed hundreds of successful real estate projects and community developments. Slokker continues to be opportunistic and positive, as well as challenging economic times with caution and prudence.<\/p>\n CANADA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/u><\/strong>Slokker entered the Canadian market in 1985, followed by the opening of an office in Toronto in 1995. Since that time, this office has become Slokker Canada East and has been active in over 20 projects, representing over 6,000 residential units and 90,000 square feet of retail space. In 2007, we opened an office in Calgary, Alberta, to build multi-family projects in this vibrant city.
