Cumberland Galleria: ‘Edge City’ with potential

An acquisition with a purpose. The development of a 3rd retail building on the site, which currently has 2 buildings. We have relocated one of the tenants to a newly developed building, after a thorough renovation, and re-developed their former building for a new end-user, Chase Bank. The 3rd building we also renovated completely.
