In 2012 Slokker and Pope & Land took an equity stake in Fuqua, a development company specializing in Retail. This added another specialty to our presence in Atlanta. It gave the company a stronger base and allowed it to operate in a larger network. Through the participation, Slokker diversified it’s operations with a strong Retail developer. The FDC headquarters are in Atlanta, but it’s area of focus streches out beyond Georgia into the Carolina’s, Florida and other parts of the USA. FDC develops it’s projects with a vision of ‘live, work and play’, striving to integrate the local lifestyle with work and shopping.
