Oscar Monincx | President
North America Operations
Mr. Monincx is President of Slokker Group North America Operations. Mr. Monincx has previously worked for Slokker in The Netherlands since 2001, overseeing Slokker International and its Dutch Real Estate (brokers franchise) organization. Prior to joining Slokker, Mr. Monincx was COO of KZA, a quality insurance company within the information and communication technology (ICT). As COO Mr. Monincx also started a new company TAS Helpdesk (ICT) within the TAS Group of companies, which underwent an IPO during his involvement. Prior to his TAS Group experience and after Mr. Monincx had created his own (sales) company, he worked in sales management positions at Nashuatec (Ricoh), a document solutions company.
Peter Paauw | President
Slokker Canada West
Mr. Paauw is President of Slokker Canada West, a subsidiary of the Slokker Group’s North American Operations. Mr. Paauw joined Slokker in 2007 and is responsible for all investment and development operations of projects in Western Canada. Prior to joining Slokker, Mr. Paauw served as Investment Manager of the Unity Builders Group, the second largest Alberta-based home builder. Prior to the Unity Builders Group, Mr. Paauw worked for Ballast Nedam as project finance specialist and was involved in the development and financing of Kicking Horse Mountain resort in British Columbia. Mr. Paauw earned a MsC. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Twente, The Netherlands.
Paul Michel | Vice President
Slokker Canada East
Mr. Michel is Vice President of Slokker Canada East, and Vice President of Finance for Slokker’s partner the FRAM Building Group. Prior to joining Slokker, Mr. Michel has gained extensive international working experience in The Netherlands, U.S.A. and Canada, most recently in the Venture Capital industry and previously as CFO at De Lage Landen Financial Services in Canada, an equipment finance and leasing subsidiary of the Rabobank group. Mr. Michel earned a Business degree at the “Hogeschool voor Economische Studies” in Amsterdam and attended Nyenrode University in Breukelen, The Netherlands.
